(1) 於「附錄3 個人資料收集聲明」新增下列段落：
「5. 關於在香港投資者識別碼制度及場外證券交易匯報制度下的個人資料收集聲明」

“Paragraph 5 - Personal Information Collection Statement under Hong Kong Investor Identification Regime (HKIDR) and Over-the-counter Securities Transactions Reporting Regime (OTCR)” shall be added to Appendix 3 Personal Information Collection Statement

(2) 於「附錄 2 風險披露聲明」新增下列項目：
「與投資虛擬資產相關的風險」及「虛擬資產期貨合約的相關風險」

“Risks associated with investing in virtual assets” and “Risks associated with virtual asset futures
contracts” shall be added to Appendix 2 RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS
